What that means for you is there’s no more guess-work on your part and no more confusion. Just clear, straight-to-the-point action steps based on a proven process to get you where you want to be.

STEP FOUR: Full-Day Private Coaching Intensive

Once you start taking action, you’re bound to have questions.

This is where you get even more focused, personal support from me as you follow through and implement everything we’ve outlined. We’ll spend an entire virtual day together addressing your specific health concerns so you can continue to create the results you’ve been craving for so long.

“Before I met Christine, I was depressed, and work was getting to me. I was eating a lot of junk food. I was very unhappy. I was gaining weight, plus I was giving up on exercising, and the things that I liked to do (walking, swimming, etc.) I was going to diet places like Jenny Craig’s, and I was also going to many health clubs, trying to find one that I would enjoy. I was spending a lot on money on these things, which only depressed me more. I was still going into a deep hole. All of the things that I was trying were not working, and I didn’t know why.

My sister and brother did not make it to age 66. I was determined to lose weight and be more healthy than they were, so I could live longer. After I met Christine, I began to climb out of the hole that I was in. She changed my life. I met her at the Chiropractor’s office, at one of the workshops that was being held there. One thing that Christine said got my attention: that you can go to all of these diet places, but you will get bored, and you will go right back to the old way of doing things. She told all of us that she could set up “Conference Calls” with us, so I signed up, and right then and there. After I talked to her more, on an individual basis, she got me to do things for myself, ( being “Pro-Active”) which counter-acted the depression.

One of the things that decided to do was to join the health club at our village fitness center, sign up for exercise classes, and even get massages. I have a Personal Trainer, so that I am not just part of a group “going through the motions.” I also do things like spending a day by myself at the Zoo, in order to relax, and take my mind off of my problems.

I finally realized that losing weight is important, but you cannot lose weight if you do not have other things to balance out the activities and issues in your life. The most important thing that I learned with dieting is to eat the right foods, and have balanced meals (fruits, dark green vegetables, etc.) Also, you need “peace of mind”. I am feeling very happy right now. I am going forward, and will never go back to my old way of doing things, my old habits.”
