So it may be a little “old school” to say “Aerobics” when talking about exercise, but you get my drift, right? 🙂
Exercise routines that are primarily cardio-driven and keep your heart pumping for an extended period of time would fit into this category.
That would include routines such as Insanity, T-25, CIZE, and Zumba (just to name a few).
The benefits of aerobic activity are almost endless, but here are a few to motivate you to get moving:
- Increases your stamina and endurance
- Reduces stress
- Strengthens your heart and lungs
- Decreases blood pressure and cholesterol
A consistent aerobic workout, coupled with weight training and healthy eating, will get you to your goals of being healthy, fit and sexy.
There’s nothing wrong with that!
