I wouldn’t quite call bowling a form of exercise (in the usual tense of the word), but it’s definitely a way to get you off your butt and moving!

Let’s just call this one a great “recreational activity”, shall we?

Bowling is such a great way to be in community others, which is an important part of your overall wellbeing. As adults, we get so busy in our day-to-day responsibilities that we forget to have FUN.

FUN fuels happiness and happiness is health, in itself!

So do something FUN and recreational this week. You’ll be surprised at how good you’ll feel!
