Do you love to dance? I know I do! I’m no Ginger Rogers, but throw on some old school house music and I’m in a whole other world!

What I love about dancing is that you can do it anywhere and at any age. It costs you nothing and you don’t need a partner.

Just put on your favorite music, and move to the beat!
