When the weather is really nice, it’s great to get outdoors to move around a bit. When was the last time you played FRISBEE? So. Much. FUN!

I think of frisbee being a step up from playing catch. Sorta like Catch 2.0.

If you’re playing frisbee at the beach, running on the sand serves to tone up and slim leg muscles, while throwing the frisbee reinforces arms, back and abs.

All of the movement involved can burn major calories.

Not so bad for just tossing around a plastic wafer-like toy, eh?

Keep this game in mind when you’re thinking of something fun and “out-of-the-box” to do this summer!
