Have you ever played golf? Like on a serious level? I haven’t tried it yet, but it seems like it would be fun, especially miniature golf!

Obviously, golf isn’t the sport to choose if you really want a high-intensity workout, but if you want to get out and have some fun (while engaging in a little walking and arm movements), this is for you!

You may think they’re aren’t many health benefits to playing golf, but there are!

Here are a few to surprise you:

1. Strengthens your vision

2. Burns calories (as long as you’re not using the golf cart!)

3. Reduces stress

4. Fosters relationships (it’s a socially enjoyable sport!)

So hit the mini-golf course and give it a try if you’re a novice. That’ll definitely break the monotony in your regular workout routine!
