So this entire month we took a look at a wide variety of ways you can get your body moving on a regular basis. Hopefully, you got some really great takeaways that you can use in the days/weeks/months ahead!
One thing I want to leave you with today is MORE important than anything that I’ve suggested so far, and it’s this:
“Whatever you do, have FUN doing it!”
There’s nothing worse that doing something only because you think you HAVE to, you SHOULD, or as a SACRIFICE for achieving a goal. YUCK!
You already know that you’re more likely to stick to a routine if you’re really enjoying what you’re doing.
So find something that feels really good, not only physically, but emotionally as well.
- Enjoy it.
- Savor it.
- Let it feed your soul (so you don’t have to use FOOD to do that!).
Keep on keepin’ on, and get that body moving!
