So I really wanted to talk about “double dutch” jump rope today, but I couldn’t find a good image for that one. Shame on the stock photographers for not taking a few pics of little urban black girls playing double-dutch, lol!

Nevertheless, we have jump rope as our body movement exercise today.

So easy, economical, portable, and fun, there’s just no reason you can’t get this one started (and keep it going!).
