Moving your body isn’t always about a structured workout routine or sport. Most of us can use a little extra body movement throughout the day just by making small changes in our regular daily routine.

Here are a few ways you can “kick it up a notch” to get more movement in your day:

1. Park farther away from your office

2. Take the stairs instead of the elevator

3. Walk to lunch

4. Trade your office chair for a fitness ball
