This is a good one, as long as you’re not afraid of heights. Rock climbing is a great workout, I hear (I admit that I’ve not tried it yet #bucketlist). Are you adventurous enough to give it a try?

Definitely a non-traditional sport, rock climbing has been gaining popularity over the years, even with local gyms offering classes on a regular basis. What’s really great about it is that it combines cardio and strength into a single workout. So if you’re a classic multi-tasker, this is perfect for you!

Here are a few more good reasons to strap on the harness:

  1. Rock climbing increases mental strength & agility
  1. Rock climbing helps to conquer fears
  1. Rock climbing increases flexibility and muscle tone

Although this is a sport that can be performed both indoors and outdoors, getting ample training indoors is highly recommended before venturing outdoors.
