Like team sports? Here’s one for ya’! How about a little soccer to get the body movin’ and shakin’?

Like volleyball, I used to really enjoy playing soccer back in the day. It’s such a great cardio workout, and honestly, I’m much better at kicking a ball than catching it, LOL!

Here are a few more reasons to consider including this team sport as a part of your exercise routine:

1. Soccer requires one ball and a space to play. The space doesn’t have to be large. Grass and cleats aren’t required.

2. Anyone that can kick a ball can play soccer. It’s a blast for beginners and experts alike.

3. Soccer players tend to become lean and muscular. They develop endurance from constant running, and muscles from work-out.

What’s not to love about this game?

Whether you’re just getting started with an exercise routine, or you’ve been working out consistently for years, you can do this!
