Sometimes all we need is a li’l bit of gentle movement, especially first thing in the morning and right before bedtime.
And when you synchronize your breath with your stretches, then you’ve given yourself a big fat bonus!
Stretching has so many benefits.

You can do a simple stretching routine right at your desk.
I actually did a few simple stretches in a public bathroom today before a networking event. Totally needed it after the train ride into the city (don’t fret, they were simple STANDING stretches).
