The trampoline. It’s not just for kids anymore! When my boys were younger, we had a huge trampoline in the backyard, and I think I was on it more often than they were. LOL!

Another low impact source of exercise, jumping on the trampoline is a great cardio workout as well.

Here’s a few more reasons to get your bounce on:

  1. It’s a FULL BODY workout
  1. It improves your balance
  1. It promotes detoxification and immune system health (aiding lymph drainage)

If you don’t have the space for a trampoline, there are indoor trampoline parks that have become very popular recently. Fun for the entire family, yes? Get your bounce on!!
