If you’re into team sports, this one’s for you! I remember volleyball being one of my favorite gym activities in high school.

I wasn’t very athletic at all, and volleyball was just the right fit for my “middle-of-the-road” level of athleticism.

One of the greatest benefits of playing volleyball is that it’s an amazing way to burn calories an tone up the bod.

Here are a few more benefits to team up for v-ball:

  1. Improves hand-eye coordination
  2. Builds agility, coordination, speed, and balance
  3. Increases aerobic ability
  4. Builds muscular strength
