Crunchy Cinnamon Honey Granola

This granola tastes like heaven. It’s therapy for your soul.

 

And the BEST thing about it: It only takes 30-40 minutes from bowl to oven.

 

Yum-Yum!

 

Eat it as a wholesome snack, as your morning breakfast cereal, or use it as a topping on your yogurt-berry parfait.

 

Warning: After eating this, you’ll never buy the store-bought granola again. 😉

 

Yields 2.5 - 3.0 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add nuts to your food processor. Pulse until nuts are coarsely chopped, but not a powder. Add to mixing bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until fully coated with coconut oil and honey.
  4. Spread mixture onto shallow baking sheet (the more spread out, the shorter the cooking time).
  5. Place granola in the oven and stir it every 10-15 minutes. It’s ready once the oats become golden.
  6. Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool. Transfer cooled granola to air-tight glass storage containers..
