Nourishment- AromatherapyBy now, you know I’m a holistic girl. I’m a huge advocate for simplicity and using natural resources when possible.

And the use of aromatherapy to treat minor ailments and to soothe the mind, body and spirit is something I recommend we all incorporate into our lives.

So NOURISH your senses with aromatherapy. Take a bath with scented candles. Diffuse some lavender essential oil to help ease insomnia at night. Place a few drops of frankincense essential oil behind your ears to help you overcome a stressful day.
