Nourishment: Be Picky

There’s no doubt that change can be hard, especially when it comes to food and creating healthier eating habits. And one thing that has to change, usually, is making better choices and sticking with them for life.

Food plays a big role in most of our lives that usually goes way beyond it’s main role of NOURISHMENT. But when in comes to food being the source of nourishment for your body, you have to value it as such.

Therefore you need to BE PICKY.

When you shop for groceries, you need to be picky about what you’re buying. Remember, you get what you pay for. Convenience isn’t always convenient.

When you’re eating out, you need to be picky. I like to think of eating out as a treat, therefore I expect the best. That means I don’t settle for cheap, low quality meals, and neither should you.

Whenever, and wherever you eat, be picky.

Don’t go for the crappy stuff. You deserve the BEST!
