When we think of NOURISHMENT, we often think of food. But going beyond your physical body for nourishment is the key to living a more holistic and fulfilling life.
So today is all about CREATING EXPERIENCES. We’re going off the beaten path a bit as we talk about nourishing your SPIRIT by creating EXPERIENCES.
So many of us get caught up in our day-to-day routines that we forget to savor the moments. Because we are so busy, it’s important that we create special moments for ourselves so we can EXPERIENCE life, instead of just existing in it.
A month-long experience!
This happened for me last month during my #30daysofbirthdays, and the entire month-long experience was life-changing for me. Now I’m not saying you have to do a month-long thing like I did last month. However, it IS a good idea to schedule something for yourself at least once a month.

==> Is there anything that you used to enjoy doing in the past and you’d like to get it going again?
That’s just a couple of prompts to get your juices flowing. I encourage you to write down 12 EXPERIENCES you’d like to commit to this year and put them on your calendar.
