It’s a little tough to keep healthy habits in check if your pantry and fridge are a hot mess, right?
I mean, if you don’t have it, you can’t eat it. If you don’t have the good-for-you foods stocked, locked and loaded at home, then of course you’re naturally going to go for the next available thing (which usually isn’t the best thing).
So keep the good stuff stocked.
And when you have a craving for something indulgent, go get it and be done with it.
