One of my most favorite things to do is to experiment in the kitchen. I love being in the kitchen creating new, healthy things out of simple, holistic ingredients. It’s my form of “play”.
While I do understand this is not everyone’s idea of a “good time”, I do believe it’s important that you take out time in your busy schedule to NOURISH yourself with food that you’ve prepared in your own kitchen.
The key is to make it quick and EASY!
Subjecting yourself to cheap, low-quality ingredients found in fast foods and convenience foods puts you in a position of constantly craving for more because you’re not being properly nourished. It’s just a vicious cycle that you don’t want to be on.
