One of the main contributors to weight gain is excessive calories. Now I know that most of us don’t like counting calories, and the truth is that if we all focused on eating whole foods (aka real food), counting calories wouldn’t be an issue.
But calories aren’t the enemy, just like gas isn’t the enemy of a car malfunctioning. Calories are the main source of energy for our body, so we can’t ignore them.
Eating in excess (stuffing yourself), causes weight gain.
How do you easily change that?
- Eat real food 80-90% of the time (fiber + nutrients = satisfaction & nourishment)
- Listen to your body when it “tells you” it’s satisfied (your body is a wise, intuitive machine!)
Remember: You’re no turkey!
So you don’t need to stuff yourself!
Stop eating when your body says so.
